Antony has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, consulting to exploration and mining clients on their exploration projects in Africa, Europe, Central and East Asia and the Middle East. He has also led donor and government-funded mineral evaluation projects in countries including Northern Ireland, Sudan, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.  Antony started his career as an Exploration and Mining Geologist in South Africa where he worked on a variety of gold mines on the West Witwatersrand before moving to precious metal exploration in the eastern Bushveld, and then as a geologist at an underground platinum mine. He has an interest in precious metal mineralisation, particularly magmatic PGM deposits, as well as gold and base-metal deposits. Antony has frequently represented Governmental Ministries at various international events and has also been an invited expert speaker at many conferences, including chairing events and leading panel discussions.

Antony is based in Cardiff, Wales and heads up the MSA Mining Consulting UK business. He is a Fellow of the Geological Society (FGS), and a Chartered Professional Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM CP(Geo)).
